- Return Window: Due to the nature of liquid coatings, mixed-to-order custom wall paint colors cannot be returned for change-of-mind. However, you must report any order discrepancy, leaking container, or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Eligibility: Returns or replacements are accepted only if items arrive with severe structural damage, leaking seals, or if you receive an entirely incorrect standard color or product relative to your confirmed order.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a paint pail that leaked or was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence so our support team can arrange an immediate replacement or store credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened paint cans, custom-tinted shades mixed specifically to your color code request, or items showing signs of improper storage after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved claims will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit) after our quality assurance team verifies the photographic proof of the delivered items.
